Our ready-for-work program means you can access any of our new crane trucks in build and tailor it for your merchant work with the help of our experienced team. In most cases, with Alltruck's complete turnkey transport solutions, you can be on the road with a new merchant truck within weeks of your lease enquiry.

Our team will manage everything from body modifications, fitting of safety equipment, painting, livery, camera systems and more, providing you with a truck ready for work. Depending on your requirements, vehicle size, and duty cycle, several FASSI loader crane models can be fitted to merchant crane trucks. The most popular FASSI crane for 26-tonne merchant brick grab trucks is the FASSI F155A.2.22 edynamic, a radio remote control crane capable of lifting 1750kg at 8.25 metres or 2315kg at 6.25 metres.

Combined with the Kinshofer KM 331-1000 with its 2000kg (2-tonne) load capacity, it is the perfect combination for 26,000kg GVW brick grab trucks.

Another popular crane often used by our merchant customers is the F135A.2.22 e-dynamic, fully remote controlled, it is generally fitted to 18- tonne GVW vehicles and will lift 1600kg at 8.25 metres and 2120kg at 6.25 metres.

Manufacturer of hard-wearing brick stack grapples for palletized and non-palletized materials, the durable Kinshofer KM331-1000 is one of the most popular sizes used by our builders' merchant customers. Still, the KM331 is also available in different plunge depths of 1100mm, 1200mm and 1300mm.

Kinshofer supplies a wide range of crane attachments, from pallet forks to clamshell buckets and timber grapples. Combine the FASSI F155 crane with any of the Kinshofer grapple range for effortlessly lifting bricks, blocks and paving.

Our strategic partnership with Exeros Technologies, a pioneer in vehicle CCTV, enables us to provide the latest aftermarket equipment to our customers. Our fully trained and authorised auto electrical team fit various Exeros systems to our merchant trucks that comply with DVS (Direct Vision Standards) FORS and CLOCS.

These systems can have onboard hard-drive recording and live-streaming via 4G direct to a mobile APP or desktop via the Exeros Trackeye cloud platform, allowing transport managers to monitor driver and vehicle in real-time, with all archived in the cloud for easy access. Opting for multiple cameras offers 360-degree visibility and provides effective blind-spot detection for cyclists and pedestrians when combined with side scanner sensors.
