Salary: upto £28,500 + Commission
Hours: Full-Time Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a vital role in introducing Alltruck’s range of services to potential business customers. You’ll focus on identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and driving awareness of our commercial vehicle services.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact businesses to promote our leasing, maintenance, and truck supply solutions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calls and emails.
Develop a strong understanding of customer needs to recommend tailored solutions.
Set appointments for the field sales team where appropriate and support closing sales.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and opportunities using our CRM system.

Skills and Experience Required
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a B2B telesales role, ideally within a relevant industry such as commercial vehicles, leasing, fuel card or fleet management.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a tenacious attitude.
Competent in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry is an advantage but not essential.
