COVID-19 Coronavirus Business Continuity Update V1.02
Good Afternoon,
Please be advised that Alltruck Commercial Vehicle Repairs Limited is in the process of finalising our Business Continuity Plan to deal with any situation arising from Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Thanks to the flexible IT solutions we have in place we are able to adapt to working from home without any impact to our customers. Utilising remote software have ensured all our staff have access to laptops, SMART phones and Wi-Fi to facilitate home working. Our cloud-based phone system allows full functionality via mobile and Windows-based applications.
We have reluctantly decided to temporarily close our Grangemouth Vehicle Workshop until the current situation improves. All bookings will be transferred to our Head office at Bonnybridge.
We will be operating with essential staff only at this site. All non-essential staff will be working from home until further notice.
The well-being of our employees is essential to our business and we have requested all employees follow World Health Organisation advice and be vigilant regarding hygiene and social distancing.
We would politely ask you to follow the following advice when attending the Bonnybridge site:
All drivers must report to the reception, (The window will remain closed.)
Inform the service advisor of the nature of your call.
If it is a defect and you are waiting please pass on the details we will complete the defect, return to your vehicle and wait for the technician to come to you.
If you are leaving the vehicle please leave the keys on the counter.
If it is a Safety Inspection, Inform reception you are here, Pass on any defects you are aware off and leave the keys on the counter.
Our Mobile service will carry on as normal, however, they will not ask you to sign anything when on-site and all paperwork will be e-mailed across asap. And ask that your employees follow the safe distance advice that is being advised.
We assure you that Alltruck Commercial Vehicle Repairs is well placed to deal with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will keep you informed on any updates to our policy.
