Alltruck is Officially a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Truck Repairer for Scotland
We are delighted to announce that All Truck Commercial Vehicle Repairs Ltd, part of the Alltruck Group, has been appointed the latest authorized repairer in Scotland for Mercedes-Benz Trucks.
When asked about this latest partnership; and what it means to the Alltruck Group, Directors Martin Shaw and Peter Hoggan were united in their thoughts, "This begins an exciting journey and is a significant milestone for the Alltruck business and its staff. We look forward to working with Mercedes-Benz Trucks and developing our existing systems and staff to meet the high standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand. We look to apply the outstanding customer care and service standards that have served the Alltruck business and customers well over the past ten years and will extend this to Mercedes-Benz truck customers in Scotland. Harnessing the best of Alltruck and Mercedes-Benz know-how, systems and processes to ensure that we become a leading provider for all MB truck maintenance and parts support across Scotland from this year forward."
Alltruck General Manager Davie Russell expressed why this partnership adds significant value to Alltruck's maintenance business. Stating, "The opportunity to future-proof the Alltruck maintenance business as an independent repairer is invaluable. The Mercedes-Benz partnership provides access to training on the latest technologies, primarily in Electric and hydrogen drivetrains, which would be very limited to an independent if not aligned with a manufacturer in some form. There is no doubt that this makes Alltruck an attractive proposition for potential employees with world-class training to further their knowledge and careers whilst still working for one of Scotland's top independent commercial vehicle specialists."
As part of the MBAlltruck service integration, Alltruck is on an expedited recruitment drive to attract the best the industry can offer; one such person is Alltruck Dealer Development Manager Jim McGuckin, who joined the Alltruck management team last month to assist with the transition. When asked why he joined Alltruck, Jim commented, " It excites me to join a progressive, forward-thinking business with an excellent customer care ethos and reputation. I have over thirty-five years of commercial vehicle dealership management experience, with the last sixteen years at dealer principal level: my industry experience and knowledge will assist with cementing the relationship between Alltruck & Mercedes Benz Trucks. Enabling a smoother transition and improved customer experience for MB customers."
Alltruck has provided round-the-clock truck maintenance and repair services for a wide range of fleet operators across Scotland since 2012. Widely recognized as one of the fastest-growing independent repairers in the central belt, Alltruck supports all makes of truck, van and loader cranes. The company also offers a full range of fleet management, contract hire and 'spot' rental services from its modern 14-acre facility strategically located close to the M9 motorway in Skinflats, Falkirk.
