Alltruck Coronavirus Business Continuity Update

Alltruck Coronavirus Business Continuity Update

The spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus throughout the world means that we are all now experiencing unprecedented and incredibly challenging times. We want to take this opportunity to update you on several measures that the Alltruck Group are taking to mitigate the potential impact on our services and to highlight the processes we now have in place to help minimise the risk to our staff, customers and suppliers.

Our management is following all UK and Scottish government guidelines and asking all staff to self-isolate and stay away from our workplaces if recommended by NHS 111 or published guidelines. We are pleased to say that, at this stage, all of our services and staff are currently unaffected.

Our priorities are to the well-being of our staff, customers and visitors to our sites, while maintaining our high levels of service and reactiveness to situations. We have therefore taken many steps to mitigate the chance of transmission, in particular with vehicle handovers, both on delivery and collection.

We are conducting increased sanitisation of vehicles and high usage areas within our business. Customers are being asked to use sanitisers and hand wash facilities on-site before entering our reception areas. We also ask that visitors keep a safe distance from our staff and that they respect their attempts to do the same. We are advised that a physical distancing of 2 metres (6 ½ ft) where possible would be helpful to minimise the chance of transmission.

Our management has drawn up a comprehensive business continuity plan making the most of remote working solutions and cloud-based services. Our business has an agile working capability to maintain all assistance to our customers.

We want to take this opportunity to reassure our customers that it is business as usual through these challenging times. We aim to provide the same level of service and communication as always and will take all measures at our disposal to maintain business continuity.

If you have any questions or concerns on this matter, please get in touch with your account manager.

Sincerely

The Alltruck Group
