Senior Service Advisor
Full-time Position
Salary: £28,000 Dependent on Experience

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor for our Mercedes-Benz and FUSO Truck franchise based in Grangemouth.

Job role
As a senior service advisor at Alltruck, you will be the main point of contact for customers who bring their commercial vehicles for servicing, maintenance or repair. You will liaise between customers and our workshop to provide vehicle status updates. You will also be expected to support and mentor our service team to ensure that our customers receive consistently high service levels.

Hours: 08.00 to 18.00 - Monday to Friday and 07.30 to 12.30 - one in four Saturdays - AM only

About You
Previous dealership service department experience is required
Kerridge / key loop experience is preferred
Positive attitude and a desire to develop colleagues.

Experience:
Provan Service advisor with at least five years of experience in an Automotive environment is preferred. However, other applicants with proven leadership experience may be considered.
