Job title: Mobile Commercial Vehicle Technician
Hours: Day Shift
Location: Grangemouth

This role involves:
Attend Vehicles Roadside, Diagnose & Repair
Part of our Service 24 Call out team
Carry out Safety & MOT Inspection to DVSA standards
Carrying out repairs with defect rectification
Troubleshooting, fault finding, liaising with controllers and management, reporting on faults to discuss rectification process
Supporting and working with other technicians and clients
Experience working in the commercial vehicle workshop
Experience working in a customer-focused environment
Basic knowledge of air brakes / EBS-ABS systems and diagnostic procedures

Essential Criteria
Previous motor vehicle technician experience
Apprentice trained and qualified to C&G or NVQ level 3 in motor vehicle mechanics, maintenance and repair, or equivalent.
Full driving licence
Hardworking and the ability to work under pressure in a safe and responsible manner
Reliable and punctual
Desirable Criteria
Previous Commercial Vehicle experience
Previous dealership experience
Experience with Breakdown/Mobile Response Work
HGV licence

Schedule
Permanent Day shift – Three shift
Average 45 Hours per week
Working 185 days of the year
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary
£41,095.60 per annum
Overtime Available & paid at 1.5 x normal hourly rate

Shift Rotation
Shift 1;  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Shift 2;  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Shift 3;  Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
