Alltruck and KalTire Forge a Team Approach to Ongoing Maintenance

KalTire have been using Alltruck to provide a “one-stop” maintenance solution for their Scottish based trucks and cranes for several years now. Maintaining their fleet since early 2015 KalTire have their fleet on a planned maintenance schedule with us, where their vehicles and cranes are inspected every six weeks.  This dedicated service has led to considerable improvement in the efficiency and reliability levels of their equipment and lower maintenance costs throughout this period.

Alltruck have worked closely with KalTire to understand their unique specification and ensure that we have developed the appropriate skill levels to deliver an outstanding level of service, whilst managing costs and reducing vehicle downtime but don’t take our word for it, here is what Kevin Smith, Kaltire’s Service manager for Scotland and the North of England had to say about us:

Alltruck do provide an “in-house” regular inspection, repair and maintenance service, however a big part in our development of this account has been our ability to respond to any breakdown/on-site defect/repair in addition to our flexibility to working “out of hours” to increase customers’ productivity and reduce downtime. Much of this work is done at weekends and early mornings.
